Kate is an experienced and approachable psychotherapist and counsellor. Her training includes a post graduate course of four years of Transactional Analysis psychotherapy clinical work.

Kate has worked with vulnerable young people and adults for over seven years and trained as a psychotherapist four years ago. She offers psychotherapy and counselling in a safe space to help clients become more self-aware and have the capability to think and feel emotions with clarity and understanding. Counselling is used to help people come to terms with any problems they are facing, with the ultimate aim of overcoming them and psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods to help a person notice and bring into awareness unhelpful patterns in their life that were formed in their childhood and to change those behaviours and transactions with people. She specialises in helping people with anxiety disorders and overcoming depression.

Kate has worked in a sixth form college with students aged 16-19 and has a wealth of experience with adolescents and young people from dealing with cyber bullying to anxiety over exams to eating disorders. She has also worked in a substance misuse centre alongside the concerned others of addicts to help them work through the pain of seeing a loved one who is suffering and how to carve their path out in life.

At the beautiful therapy rooms of Chanctonbury Osteopathy she offers psychotherapy, counselling and walk and talks to adolescents, young people and adults for a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, suicide ideation, panic attacks, low self-esteem, anger management and more.

I’m Harriet and I have been a beauty therapist since 2014. I have seen first hand both the mental and physical benefits to all of the beauty therapies I offer, from relieving pain to feeling better about how one looks.

I began my beauty therapy journey when I discovered my love of massage. I first studied Indian Head massage and haven’t looked back since! I am blessed to have met some amazing people as my quiver of knowledge has filled and I am always looking for the next best step to help my dragonlings feel better, even if just for an hour as they escape life to pause with me.

I offer a range of beauty therapies, including massage, reflexology, facials, microdermabrasion, lashes, brows, and waxing.
