Charlie

A chartered physiotherapist since her graduation from Brighton university in 1999, Charlotte specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy 15 years ago and has worked in private practice for over a decade.

A keen runner, cyclist and swimmer, Charlotte knows the importance of preventing injuries and managing them fully when they arise. She has worked with world championship triathletes, elite runners and cyclists, county cricketers and a multitude of rugby teams.

She completed her pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and teaches both mat and equipment pilates. She is also a keen yogi and often incorporates this into her practise. As a physiotherapist teaching pilates she is able to modify all exercises to enable everyone to gain the most from a session. Injuries, pain, limitations are fully considered and understood.

In her physiotherapy practice she believes that good assessment is crucial to ensure good treatment planning. She has completed advanced spinal manipulation training and is a member of the acupuncture association of chartered physiotherapists (AACP)

At the beautiful studio of Chanctonbury Osteopathy she runs small, bespoke pilates classes. Best suited to those who want a more tailor made class and a watchful instructor.
