Changes to the practise due to COVID-19

Hip Hip Hooray we are now open and available for non urgent appointments!

With the risk of COVID-19 still very much with us, we have taken measures to make it as safe as possible for us both whilst having to break the 2 meter social distancing advise:

A pre treatment risk assessment will be carried out via telephone to determine appropriateness of face to face contact, for example symptoms of the virus, family shielding and your risk of becoming very ill if you contract the virus.

Appointments will be shorter (30 minutes as a posed to 45), to reduce the face to face time. A telephone consultation will be take place 24hrs prior to the appointment to enable only physical assessment and treatment during the our time together.

Your appointment will take place in the studio upstairs for increased space and maximum ventilation. We ask that you arrive promptly at your allotted time as the waiting room is not yet in use, if you arrive early please wait in your car until invited in as we have a strict cleaning regime to carry out between each patient. The toilet facilities will be remain available.

Practitioners will be in full personal protective equipment (PPE), and we ask that you wear a mask/ face covering during your visit and use the hand sanitiser available on arrival.

Payments to be made contactless via, card, BACS or digital invoice where possible.
